Cancellation and no-show policy
all cancellations made 48 hours or less before your given appointment will be charged 80% of the service fee before re-booking is allowed.

any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. being more than 15 minutes late will be classed as a no-show.
card details will be captures via fresha upon booking
