I operate on a 48 hour notice period for cancellations and amendments.
Any deposits taken will secure against the original date and time and can only be transferred to an amended appointment if I am notified outside of the 48 hour cancelation window.
Failure to give me 48 hours notice will result in a lost deposit.
Any no-shows will be required to pay the remaining balance before any further appointments are booked.
I am a small business who runs a tight ship, any no-shows will have a huge impact on me and my waiting list of clients who would of taken your appointment if Ihad been given 48 hours to arrange this.
